On the one hand his girlfriend is at AEW and he’s close with a lot of the guys there but on the other hand, he’s been the top guy on NXT since he got there. He’s been a champion nearly his entire time between the NA and NXT titles and it seems like he’s close with HHH and Shawn too but he might feel he’s already done everything he can there if he doesn’t see a future on Raw or Smackdown

What is he even doing in NXT? I don’t see him going anywhere on the main roster if he’s ever called up.

Hes going to get long term lucrative deal from vince that even Khan couldn't touch, be moved up to the main roster and main event the show for the long term

Because I feel like he was a better pick up than Adam Page two years ago, but Page has improved a ton as a wrestler and a character since he was doing the goofy Joey Ryan storyline at 'All In'
I hope he stays in WWE. I'll admit that I don't 'get' him, but I've seen people on here say he's some sort of generational talent. Maybe Vince can make the most of it.

Cole is a MOTY wrestler when he faces the right people. Matt Riddle is going to debut on Smackdown this week but Cole is still in NXT. I don’t think he can much more there and he was at the AEW bbq on Monday . I think he should go to AEW where he will be an instant main eventer. Him vs omega has gold in it.

The problem is the Undisputed Era already did everything on NXT and there's no guarantee Vince won't treat them like a Social Outcasts/The Corre type of stable.

i just watched AEW's most recent podcast with Britt Baker and they all talked about Adam Cole openly and Britt even said she hopes one day they all can be in the same ring..i know that doesnt mean much but i feel like with all the success he's had in NXT it could really go either way..
clearly any company would want him so he could garner a good deal for the main roster up front....but he'll be Bobby Roode/Dolph Ziggler within a year on the main roster unless they try something different.
in a perfect world he cooks in nxt and moves to the main roster later this year and kills it up there and within the next 2 or 3 years Britt isnt so green and goes to WWE for a run...its one or the other really.
Undisputed Era is one of those squads if you never watched them beofre you're gonna hate them just based off look but watch a few matches and clearly they have it.
Who cares..hes not a real star.
Its not about workrate...look at Bliss. Nonstop push all the time and the commentators are acting like she's 2003 Trish and 2000 Lita in one.
Why would he leave? Dude is basically booked like Triple H in 2002-2005 in NXT
