They have some decent shyt, where it's all about self-improvement and becoming the version of yourself that you want to be and get results, rather than changing yourself for females. .
. but I wouldn't go too deep into it. Most of those guys are heavy Republicans, especially when they talk about how feminism is causing the recession / decline of Western Civilization or stupid shyt like that. As long as you know how to filter out the dumb stuff, I would dabble...

IMO, inside every red piller is a hurt resentful beta.
They read and follow the red pill like a bible but they don't truly internalize the underlying principles.
The end result is a simp playing pimp.
Essentially, the same idealism and emotionalism that led them to simp is leading them to hate women.
The Red Pill fails because it's an external program that is targeting an internal problem.
All the knowledge and game in the world can't turn a beta into an alpha male.
There isn't a guide to being a real nikka, a mack, etc.
The Redpill's teaches that the beta's perspective on women what's ruining their love life.
in reality, the inordinate focus on women is just a symptom of a bigger problem.
No matter the perspective, simp or HOH, attaining women should never be the primary focus in a man's life.

It's supposed to be focused on self-improvement on efficacy, but many people who get into this stuff forget that women should never be your primary focus.
Patrice said it best, women simply want Winners. No matter what it is you do, just win at it. Unless it's video games and shyt. A lot of this stuff is from advice given by black pimps, there's Tariq's macking books. Hence they work.
AWALT = All women are the same. Very true but always exceptions to the rule, it's true though that all women want winners.
Alpha/Beta stuff has some merit, there's always gonna be that guy with the booming voice and animated gestures, everybody hangs onto his every word, men and women alike and there's that other guy that everybody ignores.
