As a Raptors fan who pays attention closely, he has the tools to be a top 5 easily. He has the talent, but he settles too much. His 3 isn't good and he depends on long jumpers too much. When he attacks the paint he is actually very crafty around the pain.

In Memphis there was a lot of options to go to so I understand but in Toronto he could flourish but there isn't that great of a playbook offensively.
