SIMPLE:

Less Rappers, More FANS..

As a Genre we have more armchair critics than ACTUAL FANS, we have blind dikkriders than opinionated FANS, we have blind haters than constructive FANS..

Basically there is no pool of collective FANS who know what they want its just a bunch of sheep who either dikkride or complain all day...

still flow summed it up

if it dies completely for a long time, alot of casual fans and people just trying to make money will leave it alone ... thats not guarenteed to last though so its only a temporary solution

people dont want to admit it, but hiphop is anti anything for the most part
usually when you play music you want to learn about it and how its made

hiphop and beat making gives people the opportunity to cut corners and not really know how to make music, but appear like they do ... on some dr dre shyt

Dre been in the game for 20+ years and I bet he cant play piano or none of that ... but they will defend him for "hiphop" sake

in that time dude could have been Beethoven:mj:

hiphop just doesnt want to grow, it wants to remain very minimal and :stylin:

I love all hiphop but after awhile you realize (if you break out of one sided thinking) that theres only so many ways you can stunt on someone over the same drum breaks

lol hiphop isnt even here now brah

a few mixtapes here and there is nothing compared to 1999 ... 1995 ... 1989 1996

its like that in all of music though ... the worst rock star of 1969 who got no shine is 100000x better than any rockstar out right now ... the game is on backwards its been over
