There's an All-Time NBA and NFL draft in The Coliseum rn and I was thinking it'd be interesting to do the same concept in TSC. If you're interested, reply to this thread and lmk
These would be the guidelines of the draft:
Participants:
FactsOnly
Silkk
Capn Murph
Mack de la Rocha
Alexander The Great
Ed G
LordLoco
Superkick Party
Da King
Buggsy Mogues
These would be the guidelines of the draft:
9 people, 9 shows, 30 man/woman rosters, 2 picks at a time (so 15 rounds overall). We would draft any wrestler in the world from any era onto our show and at the end we'll poll the forum about who has the best roster/overall show.
General Rules:
- Snake draft (A list randomizer will be used to settle the order)
- 15 rounds
- Pick any wrestler in the world from any era, past or present (state the year of the wrestler you want). So for example, 2007 John Cena, or 2011 CM Punk. You don't have to pick any female wrestlers if you don't want to
- Time window of 4 hours to make a pick (but the time window will be turned off from the hours of 12am EST to 10am EST)
- Please @ the next person in order; makes it so that everyone gets to pick faster.
- After the draft is done, pick your champions and name your belts
- You'll have to draft each member of a team/stable individually, no exceptions (this is so people can't just draft Evolution or nWo altogether)
- After the 15th round, there will be an extra 16th "Free Agency" round, where each person will be allowed to draft 10 people at a time. This is so you can maybe finish drafting your tag teams/stables while rounding out your roster
- After the 16th round, you can make any trades of any type you want as long as both posters @ me with the trade details in the comments
Things to consider:
- Come up with a name for your show and the subsequent direction/vision you want show your to go in. Do you want a show focused on the in-ring product, or a fukkery Attitude Era type show, or a flying luchador/cruiserweight show, or an indie-style show, etc.
- Also consider who you want as your midcard and undercard talent. You can fill your roster with just 30 former main event level talent if you want, but consider drafting a couple career midcarders and some guys who you would want to round out your show as roleplayers and reliable hands.
- You can do what you want with your show at the end. You can create your own teams/stables, your own divisions, and your own mini-shows like a 205 Live or even a developmental brand
If more than 9 people are interested I'll raise the amount of participants (and if less than 9 I'll lower it
