if you want to fairly assess HL, for every 'alt right troll' during the election (and there were), there was a poster crying about alt right because the person they were arguing with wasnt a fellow DNC shillI don't get it, why here? And why higher learning? Explain

I wouldn't be surprised if we had at least a few. However, it'd be hard, if not impossible to prove.
The real danger is in accusing everyone who disagrees with you as an alt-right troll.
Now, is it possible to be a useful idiot for white supremacist thinking or historical racism? Yep, I'd say a good percentage of people here are. Heck, I think we all even fall into that camp at one point or another. That's just the strength of the forces against us. If you live in the jungle don't be surprised when you get poisoned by something.
