None of them. The odds are in favor of the house so in the long run you lose. If you really must play, play blackjack since your only opponent is the dealer.

Only game in the casinos with odds in your favor is poker. If you know how to play correctly.

If you don't want to put in any work and still have decent odds just play the pass line on craps. Blackjack is good if you're willing to put in a little work and roulette is pretty bad odds-wise but obviously very easy to play. Stay away from slots as well.
