Got hit in the face with a shovel….circa 2006 in Harlem barbershop? Courtesy of current federal inmate, and recently converted Muslim, and former Harlem World/Bad Boy artist, 'Loon'….

Loon got 14 years over the summer, for (heroin trafficking related) conspiracy charges that date back to 2006/2008. He converted to Islam, left the country into a non extradition treaty state, Algeria, where he was given asylum, and then he was arrested in Belgium, and brought back here, where he took a deal. He claims that it's something of a frame job, or guilty by association type thing, and he basically was caught in a wiretap with people conspiring to distribute shechdule II controlled substances, but he was innocent and unaware what they were up to…..conspiracy laws are a bytch and often unfair/unjust/complete bullshyt, but the government has to prove three things basically, you were a part of the conspiracy, you knowingly were a part of the conspiracy, and committed at least one overt act to further the conspiracy.

Damn, i forgot all about loon & that case. Did he get locked in Belgium for something different?
