oh alright. didn't know that. thought that someone loses their bail money if they get found guilty in court. i know they lose their bail if they don't show up to court or flee.

if you have some type of fine or restitution your bail may be applied to that.

Exactly. In those situations you make sure the people locked up with you are bailed out FIRST. They get to talking QUICK. Most of the people locked with him are older they ain't finna do no bid, they got a family at home. They gonna talk. Jeezy had to pay everyone's bail.
