OP doesn't realize that what he's alluding to would be considered an act of terrorism. Just because one is an American doesn't mean one can go around killin' people in other countries and think it's “all fine and dandy”.
The likelihood is that you'd be caught by their local officials who prosecute you, and if you thought the American justice system was brutal, just wait until you see what they'd do to you.
It reminds me of how, during the early stages of the War in Iraq post 9/11, you had Americans, predominantly White, signing up to become soldiers, and when they were shipped overseas, many of them went on a spree of psychotic patriotic acts of rape, brutality, and many murders towards Iraqi and Afghan citizens as some form of “get back”.
