I have been saying this ever since they went to bringing back big names for Mania and using them in the Main Event Matches, but what happens in five years when these guys can't go anymore?

Undertaker should already be retired.
HHH shouldn't be wrestling anymore and taking care of business outside of the ring and behind the scenes.

Brock could probably go for longer but knowing him he will get a couple more paydays and bounce.

shyt even Jericho is taking the spot of a younger wrestler who should be going against AJ.

Even worse the midcard guys who we all want to be in the Main Event picture (or seem to get pushes) are not young anymore:

AJ Styles 38
Ryback 34
Sheamus 38
Del Rio 38
Wade Barrett 35

Thats half the fukking card and when you add in Shane, Taker, HHH, Brock and Jericho that's 90% of the card.

Outside of Cena there isn't another SUPERSTAR wrestler they have and they haven't built one in close to ten years.

So WTF happens when these guys continue to break down, get injured or simply retire?

We know WWE ain't going anywhere but what do we as wrestling fans do because there ain't shyt that I want to see outside of Owens, Ambrose and shyt that's about it.

Hogan was 37 at Wrestlemania 6.

Ric Flair was 43 at Wrestlemania 8.

Most wrestlers don't hit there stride till their 30's.

Between Finn, Nakamura, Sami Zayn, Enzo and Cass, Jordan and Gable, Apollo Crews, Corbin, Seth Rollins, Cesaro, Ambrose, Reigns, Blake and Murphy, New Day, Rusev, Bray, Neville, etc.

We gon eat better than ever!

It's everything u want in there, characters, funny dudes, workers, high flyers, brawlers, foreign talent. We living through the greatest influx of talent in American wrestling ever. The roster is going to be flooded in 2-3 years.

I def dont see any issue with any of their ages...but we all know that Vince was trying to end Hulkamania for a long time and he was unsuccessful at it. He tried for years to make Hogan seem old and obsolete.

They have the talent to still thrive they just don't have that one superstar like Hogan Austin Rock and Cena in the past to carry them for 5 to 10 years. If they make that star then the WWE will still be ok in 5 years.

Point is they can't make that star. When is the last time that they truly made someone? Cena? Punk and DB got over because the crowd loved them. Every wrestler that they have tried to put over has failed miserably.

As far as the ages go, I don't think a lot of these wrestlers will be wrestling into their flurries like before, back in the day that was their only lane, but now they can go and do other things. These guys would put up with grind of a 300 show a day tour because they had little choice and now you're starting to see them bow out early just like in the NFL.

I admit I don't watch NXT so I don't know what they have in reserve but looking at the roster now and what they have been doing for the past few Manias it's not a good look for the future IMO

Hopefully Cena will retire in the next couple years. I know it probably won't happen, but there's nothing left for him in WWE. And they can fully eliminate his presence as the guy who ran though the whole roster and squashed people like The Miz and Rusev. The future looks bleak only because Cena ran through nikkas. Only person to really survive being steam rolled by Cena was Orton. DB sort of willed his way to the top briefly but who knows how long that would have really lasted.

But WWE will just have to really overhaul their style of being a big man company. They've already been in transition with it. NXT is most smaller guys too. And I'm liking what the have in NXT. Still got Apollo, American Alpha, Revival (maybe), Corbin is a guy that everybody can see the potential in...dude is a natural heel, Zayn looks to probably be officially stay on the main roster, Nakamura has already made a top tier impression and hit the ground running.

Neville is still an in-ring beast who if you pair him against the right heel to carry the promos will easily deliver great matches.

Hopefully Seff comes back fully healthy cuz still cold in the ring too.

So yeah, in my opinion shyt aint that bad.

I personally just don't think that there is any complete packages on the roster right now....when we see one, we'll know it....:manny:

Edit : Amongst the MEN.

Women might have a couple...their ceiling is just how popular *can* women wrestling be? However popular it *can be* in the mainstream...Bayley/Sasha/Becky can reach that if allowed.

They'll evetually get around to building their young stars and NXT guys. And even the Styles and Nakarmura's will wrestle into their early 40s like the others.
And they'll acqure more young indies guys on the come up

Honestly they survived the mid 2000s so they'll survive this
