Man denies syringes found in his rectum are his



CLEARWATER, FL — A Pinellas County man arrested on an outstanding warrant for drug possession now faces an additional felony charges of bringing contraband into a jail.

Three syringes were removed from his rectum during a strip search after the suspect arrived at the Pinellas County jail.

According to the report 40-year-old Wesley Scott removed the syringes and handed them to the a deputy. Mr. Scott told the deputy that he had found and they were not his.

Mr. Scott remains at the Pinellas County jail being held on $5,000 bail.

Police: Florida teacher smears human feces at park to ruin party for principal’s daughter


SARASOTA, Fla. (WSVN) — A Florida substitute teacher has been accused of smearing human feces around a Sarasota park to sabotage a girl’s birthday party.

According to WWSB, 42-year-old Heather Carpenter was spotted wearing rubber gloves and a face mask putting human feces on seven tables and two grills at Urfer Park.

According to detectives, the principal at the school where Carpenter works was set to have a birthday party for her daughter at the area targeted.

However, Carpenter told police she was angry and wanted to sabotage the party because she wasn’t happy with how a complaint at school was being handled.

Carpenter’s own daughter was one of the children invited to the party.

The park has since replaced the tables and the grills, costing the county a total of $2,310.

Carpenter was arrested and charged with third-degree felony criminal mischief.

Police: Florida woman had gun, ammo at school basketball game

BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. (AP) — Police say a Florida woman brought a handgun and dozens of rounds of ammunition to a high school girls’ basketball game, almost using the weapon during an altercation.

Palm Beach County schools police say 25-year-old Charmea Mosley brought the 9mm handgun and 124 rounds of ammunition to Boynton Beach High School last week during the game.

A police report says Mosley got into an argument with others at the game. When they were escorted out, police say Mosley got into her vehicle and nearly struck the other people with it.

She got out of the vehicle with the gun, saying she was “going to air this thing out.”

Mosley faces possession of a weapon on school property and other charges. It wasn’t clear Saturday if she has a lawyer.

Deputies: Florida woman shot after performing sexual act for $5 and Pringles

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (WSVN) — A Florida woman was shot after she performed a sexual act for $5 and Pringles chips, said deputies.

According to FOX 30, the woman was shot at a Shell gas station in Jacksonville at around 10:30 p.m., Monday.

The woman agreed to the exchange, but then after the act, was performed, the suspect demanded his $5 back and shot her in the shoulder, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office told the station.

The shooter then fled the scene on foot.

According to deputies, the woman did not suffer any life-threatening injuries, and they are currently investigating the incident.
