I had some Afghan friends back in the day. They're just a hairy people genetically. Growing full beards by 16 and shyt. I couldn't grow a single hair at that age

I'm not certain but I think the law is only that men are not allowed to shave, not that beards have to be a certain minimum length. Surely every man in the world can at least grow a few wisps of chin hair. So maybe you don't shave that and they'll leave you alone?
