Dating Apps and Social Media. Plain and simple. Any other answer is complete bull manure.
It wasn’t this bad a decade ago, and it wasn’t even this bad 5 years ago etc. Now that we have the majority of the population on social media and dating apps it has quickly gone downhill. The more and more people get on this, the bigger the gap will be. This is engineered.
A hot girl 10-15 years ago would have been a hot girl in her area. Now she has 10, 15, 20 or even up to and over100 K “followers” on IG and social media and hundreds of messages a day from thirsty men.
The same can be applied to even average women on dating apps. A 5 or 6/10 woman will have exponentially more choices and matches than even a 8/10 man. It’s because every time a man swipes right on a woman it gives them an ego boost and validation that they are on that level, when the reality is men instinctively swipe right on anything in order to bust a nut. A woman is going to be much more selective as all of those matches give her the illusion that she has the pick of the litter.
It never used to be this way, these apps have empowered average to even below average women to be players and have a potential harem of men simply for just existing and being on the app. Think about how hard it was as a man to actually work for a rotation back in the day, it was work.
The stats don’t lie. The bottom 80 percent of men are competing for the bottom 20 percent of women (the least desirable women). That is insanity.
