What if I didn't choose to make this thread? But rather it was pre-determined and my "choice" is simply an illusion?

If he's a cop i'd say yeah what else is he gonna do give you a warning?

Running a redlight is a very ticket worthy offense you could have caused a car accident

If you pay attention you'll realize that free will is actually not the illusion, which is why people run from it on the daily.

The world would be a lot different if people had the strength to choose to accept their free will. But they don't, so they choose instead to always have a reason for a decision.

TL;DR: Free will is heavier than most people can handle.

If true, then all human beings are 'determined' which means those who believe in 'free will' are also 'determined' to believe it is true which violates the Law of Non-Contradiction. Therefore, 'determinism' is false.​

Some people have objectively bad lives and/or bad things happen to them..poor, health issues, raped, neglected, murdered, tortured, etc

Others have more privileged lives... born into $$$, good health, family support.

If everything is predetermined by God as you say... Why would God make some people's lives objectively shytty and others objectively great?
