Ignoring the fact there's no receipts, my take away is that "ethnic" makeup would be the same. Black people would still (unless a serious uprising occurred) lose regardless of their American overlord.

Hilariously enough I'm fairly sure Blue states comprise the majority of US GDP.
The Black population being most heavily concentrated in the Red states is what would be bad.
Blue states would have better healthcare, more money allocated toward infrastructure and education, better social welfare services, and less heroin.
Black mass-migration to the blue-states, and then splitting the US sounds like a solid plan to me.

My problem would be those born into those Red states, who don't have a chance to better themselves, and those who couldn't leave for financial reasons. Other then that, I don't have much of an issue with it. Keep Miami blue enough to visit.
