The way prisons are currently run, is a dumb idea anyway. This ain’t that much worse

Also you'd have the same societal perspectives mirrored. A lot of prison escapes too if you account for the plotting.

You essentially have new elements added to the mix. Which means a few more options with regards to thought process, planning, decoys etc...

Keep in mind how many escapes required the assistance of a female staffer. Now you have women working with you on the inside too.

Prisoners who get nabbed for the worst of crimes are often highly intelligent and sophisticated people. You're just giving them chess pieces they never had before.
