Me personally I couldn't be friends with a nikka that was gay cause I just couldn't be comfortable around him. I wouldn't be comfortable getting naked around him, or sleeping near him, or texting/calling him just cause of the fact he is gay... I don't care how how long we been homies, I cant fukk wit u no more if you gay bruh.

Slyly this actually happened except he was the one who stopped talking to the rest of us. He now walks around wearing a Lady Gaga jacket. Otherwise, I don't think I'd have completely cut him off but he blamed us for his vices (he's an alcoholic and weed-smoker) and for that I would have stopped talking to him anyway.

I'm not averse to the idea of having gay friends, mainly because I'm very comfortable not only with my own sexuality but also in setting boundaries. Besides, not every gay guy wants to smash every man . So, I doubt I'd cut off a gay friend. As it happens, I don't have any so it's whatever.

I've had two real life friends do this, but to be fair, we weren't REALLY tight nohomo. If my best friend said it I'd imagine we'd still be close. But the two that did "come out" to me I've kept my distance, I'm pretty tolerant of gays but I'm not gonna be like "yo bro you wanna chill and smoke a blunt or something?" when I know dude is gay...idk thats just me.

If someone is comfortable enough to out themselves to you at random, chances are you know each other pretty well. Probably well enough for it not to be THAT big of a surprise, if at all.

I wouldn't care. If we've been friends for a long time and looked out for me since then, that's blood fam and I couldn't imagine dropping them as a friend if they came out. They obviously understand you ain't gay and that's that especially cause you've been friends for a long time. They've seen you with women and know you into women strictly. They respect that. Like if they've been there for you in tough times...like when you were low on rent...they backed you up in a fight...they helped you get through tough times one way or another.
