Lets face it, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is going to get the death penalty.
What if I offered execution services to the US government free of charge, pro bono. Would they take it? I mean, electrocution and lethal injection cost money. And Obama has been making major cuts everywhere because of sequester thingy. No more Blue Angels and sporting event fly-overs and stuff.

i've offered this service in the case of pedophiles and child murderers. I'd use a rusty nail and hammer. Something about "cruel and unusual punishment" kep tgetting brought up
