I cook easy and I had a skin cancer scare 15 years ago the brehette doc told me yes we can get skin cancer too. Even when I'm working I use sunscreen being that I'm in construction in the summer highly susceptible to uv rays.

damn, stay out the sun entirely breh. I wouldn't even risk with sunscreen, I'd be trench coating it whenever i go outside
