When I mean scene, I don't mean best rappers, I mean the greatest appreciation of the culture. I'm talking about guys who don't 5000 miles away from NY break dancing and probably know more about rap than the average coli poster.

@joeychizzle @Roberto Dinero @Malta @Emperor_ReinScarf @Tommy Knocks @honestly?

Good thread @Captain_Crunch

I'd go with Paris. That's where I first learnt about Hip Hop and fell in love with it. London is cool too. But I'm going with Paris. Germany comes in second. But I've never been to any of the big cities so I'm not sure but I know Hip Hop is big out in Germany.

Amsterdam you could say as well. But I think Paris is the winner here.

As I was reading this the first place to come to mind was Paris. I look down and 2 people already wrote it. The French are literally addicted to black culture. From Jazz to Hiphop. They have rap, bboy, dj battles and theyre huge. They even have a drill scene too. Look up Kaaris - Zoo.

Paris, Germany, England , Sweden and Norway to me

Europe is more obsessed with hip hop culture keeping the tradition alive than America

A lot of hip hop heads over there that encompass all the 4 elements...it's why underground rappers go on European tours all the time

my french is rusty as hell but i remember how big the rap scene is in France. Just walk through Paris, Nice or Marseille and you can see the graffiti everywhere, people dressed they're trapped in the 90's, hiphop shops, breakdance competitions, random beatboxing and rap battles in the subway, it's glorious.
I know a few Polish guys and I never know what the fukk they're saying but they have these grimey beats and nasty flows. Heard alot of rappers are out there. Popek Rak is big apparently but the dude is crazy.

UK is another BIG rap scene. sooo many rappers. I met about 10 in my business management course at university brehs.

'check out my mixtape fam!!'

'breh we're studying the year-on-year financial statistics of starbuck's global operations, chill'

'hmu at soundcloud.com/etcetcetc'

'stfu breh assignments is due in a goddamn week fukk your dreams!!'

but really though europe has a thriving rap scene. you just gotta look.

in my homecity of Hong Kong it's decent I guess but I don't bother listening. The only dude worth noticing was Jin and he's a bytch. Ran here to hong kong because he flopped in the US even after that wyclef collab and then basically flopped here, doing cooking shows and corny interview shows n shyt. then he ran back to the states again, maybe because of the protests or something. anyways i can't take him seriously after seeing him rap in an ad for lemon tea smfh
