Missed this thread. Welcome to the B8/B8.5 platform breh :blessed:

Are you black on magma red like me also? :whew:

Get that roc-euro intake/AWE exhaust ASAP.

Here's a vid after I installed mine a few weekends ago:

Nice! Great video, reminds me of our roads upstate. You should mount your go pro near the rear to grab a vid of the exhaust and turns!

I'm all stock for now, probably will be through my warranty if I decide to keep it. After that I'll do pullys, tune, clutch and all that good stuff. My last few S4's have modded to the teeth. It's really a great package and I love all the tech stuff. It's not much slower than my last S4 either which I'm really happy about. I only have 200 miles on it so far. Yup, black on magma ended up being a nice surprise and I like it now. Kinda wish they were completely red though. When I bought it I originally I thought the seats were all black.

:salute: to my fellow S4, Breh

BK, that block looks a lot like Harlem and Washington Heights though.

:myman: whatever the case, the whip is clean. I'm hoping to pull the trigger on my "first" (i've had other cars) official whip maybe next year but I dont wanna deal with an insane car note and I dont want a bullshyt ride either. Would love to get 3-door Evoque once RR drops a bigger engine in that bytch but something like an A5 seems like it would have more staying power. Curious to see what the next G37 (ahem, Q50) coupe looks like because I've always like the G coupes. Theres just so much hot shyt out right now when it comes to getting a car (and a lot of bullshyt too)

Thanks!
Yeah, I haven't bought a new car in awhile and had been kinda up in the air over it for awhile. In the end I was happy I did it. I put a good deposit down to keep the note low but I got a around 2k off msrp and audi care at cost the S4 won't drop in value as much as my A4 did if I try and sell it as well. My A4 was upside down by about 2k when I went to trade it in. My own fault for waiting so long though. But in the end I got a better/ newer car. I'm still looking around for a fun used car to throw miles on. I had a B8 A4 for a dd that I traded in for the S4 and put 65k miles on it, it was a great car overall, same engine as the A5 2.0t. It was trouble free and only needed oil and oil changes during my ownership. I had one semi big ticket item, 300 part called a pcv valve go right before I traded it in. I really like the Evoque shape and size. Haven't driven or been in one though. I like sporty small jeeps with hard suspension used to have a newer 4runner sport and Cherokee. When I was living in Madrid a few years ago I actually walked by when they were doing the photo shoot for the Evoque that we see in the NYT and a lot of their press releases. Always cracks me up, it was a real surprise for me because I had no idea what it was when I first saw it. Not sure what the price difference is but I really like the SRT Jeep, there's a lot of them in Brooklyn right now and I sat in the display at the NYIAS. I'm sure it just downs gas though. I really like the shape and sound of the G37s, honestly know nothing about their build quality though. I do know they fall in price fast and used is probably a better route. Dealerships are a nightmare, my last experience was really good though. One thing you couldn't pay me to do is go to dealerships or used dealerships in Jersey or Philly in my life again. Make sure you do a lot of homework. Also look into leasing if your budget can allow it. Last but not least if possible don't register it in NYC because taxes and car insurance are killer.

Best of luck finding the new ride. If you need any help or suggestions on dealing with dealerships and what not hit me up.

Thanks breh. Yeah I'm still on stock exhaust that's why we didn't do a rear video, yet. Will probably do a resonated AWE over the summer (made promise to wife no mods atleast till then, if we got the car :heh:). Other than that may consider the usual drop + wheels. I don't want to mess too much with it until I get a better understanding on how mod-friendly my Audi dealership is. Though my boy who sold me the car works there, he's in sales and really wouldn't be able to save me. If I still have it once my CPO warranty is done I will def be doing stage 2+pulley (they'll probably be at stage 3/4 by then), I just don't want to get TD1 flagged now and lose any warranty, shyt obviously ain't cheap. And yeah, car is definitely quicker than the 333HP suggests. Saw people dyno'ing at 300AWHP, which would put it near 360-380HP after drive train loss. Dynamic mode for the win. Also wish our magma seats were all red too.

Enjoy it breh, throw me a PM anytime if you have questions :salute:
