What is a Black Feminist?

I keep seeing more and more of women posting they are black feminist. I want to know what is the purpose. Often times this woman are bytching and complaining about black male celebs.

I guess I want to know is what is the TRUE ideology behind being a black feminist, or hell a black woman being a Feminist in general.
