Battlefield has been trash since BF3. Bad Company 2 was amazing but they'll never go back to that level of greatness. I'd choose Gears.

Gears could never hold my attention long. Way too gnasher heavy(even tho this year the lancer is more a factor). Plus it's not really fun if you don't understand wall bouncing, cancelling, etc
