So according to you Americans of African descent are African American(their ethnicity) and Black(their racial identification). But Peurto Ricans of the same descent are only Afro-Latino(their ethnicity) and not Black(their racial identification)? What is it that makes it so?

I mean your argument would still be flawed IMO but easier to digest if it was that Latinos can't be black because they are too mixed, which is a misconception and a result of a lack of representation of Afro Latinos.

But according to you even Caribbeans and myself as an African ain't black, so I'm curious to kno why have you chosen to only identify African Americans as black?

I dont consider the majority of Ricans black. A rican can be black in the same way a American can be black or a South African can be white. America isnt the only non homogenous nation. Black Americans only make up 12-14% of the population.
