So Yea What is hip hop today everything that comes out all I hear is people complaining saying it's not hip hop based on the content how the artist dress they used to tell me Drake was hip hop now he's not J.Cole was hip hop now he's not? Can somebody clear this up and if you tell me that Poser rap shxt that I forced myself to listen to during the BeT hip hop awards Cyphers is hip hop I'm completely done... #Help...

Take a sampling of other genres as in Punk, Metal, Funk, Jazz, Soul etc.
Look at what musical and sonic properties they want to push in their music
then come back to Hip Hop.
You now know what Hip Hop is.
