What do you have to do to get banned? I've seen people get banned for voicing an opinion that wasn't racist, then I've seen people spew all kinds of vitriol and nothing happens to them what gives?

I'm glad it was you that responded. I believe it was you that deleted a couple of threads this morning.
I know what happened the first time but what was it that got LarryLobster banned the last time?
Here's a perfect example of what I'm talking about.
He hasn't been banned yet even after multiple threads were deleted earlier. I'm just trying to get a gauge on what the staff thinks is ok and what isn't.

I kept reporting his post and was given notification he was banned but ole boy still active.

as far as i can tell, cism and various types of fakkitry 
That was my fault, i haven't checked my alerts or the mod section in 2days. So i take blame for him not being banned quickly. @houston911 has been given the power to ban & I'm gonna make sure i check alerts daily so this doesn't happen again.
He's been banned, you have to keep in mind we get hundreds of reports a week, there's less than a dozen mods and even then there's like 2-4 per sections, mods and admins are not here, 24/7 and we have to look at each report on a case by case basis and look past personal biases and disagreement to decide what constitutes a a warning / ban
As far as Larry lobster he earned his ban and that's all I'm say on that. I hear he doing good though
