Learn to not be such a perfectionist. I get mad when the small things don't go as planned because I want every single aspect of something to flow right. It really bothers me. A lot of people focus on big things and often over look the small things. I tend to focus on the small things and will harp on those "wrong" small things even something turned out right.

Some people say its a really good thing because it means I pay strong attention to detail. Others say its not good because it consumes me.
