google no contact guide, cease all communication, remove all pictures, block on fb, block on twitter etc., don't google her. after a while the days will get better you wont think of her so much then poof one day you wont think of her at all.

The most obvious answer is fukk other chics but a few more:
- Delete her from facebook/twitter/instagram/etc.
- Learn something new to occupy your mind. Whether it be another language or a certain skill. Go into your next relationship with an improved you. Outside of learning from your past mistakes, a good way to do that is to improve your skill set.
- Go out and talk to other chics. You don't have to be trying to fukk them but that general conversation with another female will help. You'll need someone or a few to text to help avoid that trap of loneliness.
- Get back with your friends. Go ball or something. Help keep your mind off of shyt and your friends should be a solid support system.

In my experience, getting with other biches just makes it worse, cause 9 out of 10 times, they're easy biches who don't stimulate you mentally. They're just meat, while what you lost was something of substance.
