Start taking her out to healthy restaurants or cook more healthy shyt at the crib

what if she gets defensive about it, and implies she'll leave if you dont leave her alone about her weight?

what if she goes to the gym, eat those nasy healthy meals for a week and suddenly decides she misses her junk food and life without that lame ass woring out shyt?

do you persist?

do you still... push her?



There's nothing you can say that will effectively make her want to lose weight. You're better off finding a woman with the fitness level you want:yeshrug:

Before the gym I think it’s more important to get her to slowly change her diet. The gym is a great way to loose weight but if you don’t have fork discipline then it will be a very slow grind that people who don’t workout regularly aren’t ready for. If you don’t workout and then start going to the gym and not seeing results it can be frustrating. Small steps in the right direction of diet and workout are far more effective than those who try to make a lifestyle change cold turkey.
