WHAT IS THE DEFINITION OF A c00n?

So apparently no one really knows or can define what a c00n is. I've seen it used a lot, said in black media and used by people, but I still have no idea what it means. It seems that any time someone has a viewpoint that is contrary to the norm of black people traditional beliefs, you are called/labelled a c00n.
