Is there an actual definition or is it an insult used to denigrate those who don't have a militant mindset? The term seems to be thrown around like "transphobic", I've even seen Carson being labeled a c00n. So can someone who uses the term around articulate the meaning behind the word?

Being the stereotypical black person for the soul purpose of entertainment for white folks.
Being that person that justifies negative white behavior against blacks.
A c00n will say #AllLivesMatter not knowing how patronizing it is to the #BlackLivesMatter movement
A c00n will say cops are getting a bad wrap these days..
That's just how I see it tho...

To me, a lot of that is just being an agent. It's derived from a play from the 1700's called, "The Disappointment" one of the characters was named Racc00n portrayed by Joseph Bias. A c00n can be described as a pejorative used to insult a black person who is entertains white people with grossly exaggerated stereotypes. The danger in "c00ning" is that the behavior reinforces stereotypes. It is also used to describe a black person who altruistically agrees with the white majority, even if it endangers the black community.
