What is the most rewarding thing to cook for you?

For me it’s steak

Preferably grilled

Getting the seasoning just right…getting the fire just right…cooking it to the perfect temp medium/medium well

I have a Cpl ways I normally cook steak, one is regular SPG, the other is a marinade with olive oil, w, soy, spg lemon juice Italian seasoning…and a coffee rub

Pizza is my favorite food so for me it's pizza. When you hit that perfect crust with the right balance of toppings. So simple but the results can vary so much.

Brisket and ribeye pho. Always takes 2-3 days to make but I end up with over a weeks worth of broth and fill tf up every time.

Rarely make it due to space and time taken to do it but its without a doubt the best and most rewarding thing to cook.

Came to say this. Hate to brag but I do damage on the grill. Got the charcoal grill with the offset smoke box and I got a electric pellet smoker. It’s nothing to have both going at the same time
