What do you mean by this?

Post number 9 by Reincar is a good example. When you are nice, they view it as weakness and begin to take advantage. They are even aware that they are taking advantage, but they think you are weak, so they continue. However, when you get angry and curse them out because of their actions, which they are aware of, they act like they don't understand your anger, you know, confused.
