Either you are using it wrong, or you have never had good cole slaw, or maybe both!

Coleslaw is meant to cut the flavor and add texture to savory foods

Hence why it is served with Ribs, Pulled pork sandwiches, Fried chicken, hot chicken sandwiches, Korean smotherd fried chicken, new Orleans Poe Boys sometimes, catfish sandwiches, and if you are a real ADOS KING, Sloppy joe sandwiches (:wow:)

What I suggest to you is getting a good hot chicken sandwich, or pulled pork, and putting coleslaw on the sandwich, OR just straight up taking a piece of fried chicken and putting coleslaw on your specific bite before biting the bite.

You're welcome, I just taught you how to eat food.
