Is it assertiveness? Is it providing? Is it being a warrior?

2. Being a provider and leader of the household.
3. The condemnation of homosexuality among males.

Various cultures have various things they expect from or wont tolerate from "MEN" but these 3 are the main ones you find across the board. In some cultures it's perfectly acceptable for men to dance together. May walk together and hold hands. May kiss on the cheek (face), etc.

In anglosaxon culture (which americans are part of) several things are taken to an extreme that arent elsewhere. Just as some other cultures take other "manly" things to certain extremes that americans don't.
The pitfall we must avoid, tho is letting women try to tell us how a man should be.
