While i completely understand why women do this (my female friends do this for the exact reasons u just stated) i dont feel completely right about it cuz i know it just creates more jaded nikkas who wont become the type of man women need to help them stay on track

I understand that but if I’m not interested, I’m not obligated to entertain him. Some men have entitlement issues. Their entitlement issues are theirs and theirs alone. It’s not on me to coddle people’s feelings while suppressing my own. If I am not feeling a situation I’m not going to fake it. I was upfront and honest with him from the beginning, he didn’t receive it. That’s not my burden. That may be harsh but it’s an honest and mature response.
