i usually wake for morning swim around 5:30 make breakfast for my husband (nothing major usually toast or oatmeal some fruit..and coffee)

try to be at the gym by 6 so i can get 2 hours in (laps + circuit) and shower/get ready for work

usually first client around 9 or 10 am .......done working by 3:30 to 4 pm

evenings = cook dinner ...BS on the interwebs or otherwise decompress
