The majority of my closest friends that are car people have 2 modes of thought.

American= Only worth the trouble if it is a classic.

Foreign= Only worth the trouble if disposable (resale value).

I fukks with anything as long as it has funk, domestic or import.

My favorite brand is Mercedes... not for the suspect reason of status.. but because they are one of the few manufacturers that reflect passion, precision and and excellence into their products. They make beautiful cars.

yes and no

i just turned in my leased wrangler and essentially got a new version of same car just in a diff color so i guess that's somewhat loyal.

but we turned in my wife's mercedes same weekend and got a lexus instead.

i'm loyal to a point but it all comes down to $$$ at end of day. i won't pay up just to have a certain make of car.

I'm partial to GM (Olds, Chevy) and I've had one Dodge (Ram)

Chevy - I love the RWD V8 power and the styling. I've had a 87 Monte SS, 78 Malibu and a 95 Caprice.

Olds- I love the way the G-Body looks with of course the RWD V8 power. I've had a 87 Cutlass Supreme and a 84 Cutlass Salon.

Dodge - That Hemi is a muthafukka :wow:

Love my '02 Nissan Frontier Pickup. Bought it in '03 w/ 11K on it. 189K on it now. Maintenance has been a breeze.

Gonna be a special moment when it hits 200,000 miles next year :mjcry:

My late pops always wanted a Infiniti Q45 and lately, the Q50 sport has been catching my eye for a weekend ride :patrice:

I've thought about getting a BMW or another German luxury car but :lupe:

I'm brand agnostic now.... I've only had Hondas and Nissans up to this point, but neither of them makes anything I would want to replace my Civic with. Wifey has a VW now and we will probably replace it with a VW/Audi or a Hyundai/Kia. For my next whip I'm thinking Ford Fiesta or Focus ST, GTI or maybe the Forte Turbo hatchback. Or maybe a 335i or G37 sedan with stickshift.

PEople always ask me what my favorite car is.... IDK I feel like it's kind of a stupid question. There are too many great cars to just try and narrow it down to one. I pretty much like anything with 2 seats, or the combo of RWD, 6+ cylinders and a stickshift. Though I will fukk with a hot hatch too. I don't mind shyt like crossovers either. A Porsche Macan sounds like a real nice family car. And what about motorcycles? Too much to just limit to one kind of vehicle. Plus there's fantasy vs reality... fantasy, I would probably daily drive a 911R :noah: That's not in the cards right now though :francis: We do what we can

I have had a Nissan for 7 years, I'm getting rid of it soon, leaning towards an Infiniti

Acura still my team even though they have lost their way and I currently drive an Infiniti G (which I love). Honda/Acura is all I knew growing up so I'm very biased towards them.

I just don't know enough about the other brands. A lot of these high end brands seem great but I never drove or even sat in then.

American muscle til I die.... :birdman:
:salute:
There's something gutteral and powerful about ripping through the city in a V8 muscle car. It's like yeah I could get a Benz and be sophisticated and drink my tea with a protruding pinky like a rich socialite from the upper East side. But dodge, Chrysler, Ford, Chevy are my go to any day of the week.

Don't get me wrong there's nothing wrong with European cars if that's your thing but it's too expensive for my tastes plus the maintenance and insurance would kill your pocket if you not ready.

I love the stylings of a black challenger SRT8 with 20inch rims. That growl and rumble plus the leather interior. One of my definitive dream cars. Only problem is if you black man in this cops tend to focus on you more but fukk them

I finally made my decision, next month I'm getting a 2013 Infiniti G37, I really want a tundra, but I don't need all that extra cost.

Been a Honda fan since I could drive, 1st car was a Civic, had a few of them and Accords and my current car is a Civic. Next car will be Acura TL or Lexus IS250C.

Dream car brand: Porsche, loved them since I was kid, 1st 1/18th scale diecast car model I had was 944 Turbo. Have 2 Carrera Gt's sitting in a case at home.
