I just figured out what "they have no culture" means
Keeping in mind, "they" refers to ALL of us. Blk American, Caribbean, HIspanic Blk etc
To them "culture" is certain practices. Specific to their "tribe" etc
As in someone from Jamaica calling me a Yankee, because I do not practice "jamaican culture"
