I am trying to complete a home audio system that has been my project since April and wanted to see if any stereo heads are in here...I found a similar thread in the Arcadium but not alot of posters are in that area.

Onkyo (don't hate, they're a legit bang-for-your-buck brand) 5.1 home theatre in a box, with a JL 15 inch sub as the subwoofer, and a big box pioneer for the center channel

has a lot of inputs and doesn't fail ever

normal Bose setup. pretty basic, I'm in the process of moving residences and upgrading.
I been reading up on not the best but intermediate sound systems nothing too extravagant but still piss off the neighbors

Onkyo makes some of the best receivers out there. They are a well know and respected brand

They do make good receivers.. When I was looking for a hi end receiver it boiled down to one of my finals.. I chose a pioneer elite after listening to it 2 days back to back after comparison.
