Ok, for a serious answer. The first indication a woman was like that, was enough for me to leave her where I found her. You allow this sort of crap, and you will be dealing with it until you snap and do something idiotic yourself. Then she will smile in triumph, and move on to the next victim (if she survives your outburst).
