Kobe= Someone who barks at you makes you better by maybe pulling your card in private or public media wise. Who never really hangs out with the team and seperates himself because he is the leader heavy
handed.
Lebron= Plays hard by example hangs out with the team one of the guys never blast you in the media trust you by passing the ball to you. Always about team but at the same tme things might not fall in line and might look elsewhere if you dont produce.
