Mandarin Duck
Majestic and Highfalutin
It's obvious that skin tone is not enough to be considered "black" so the questions is:
What makes a black person black?
Where he grew up?
His hobbies?
I've seen people on here say more than once that if you didn't grow up in the hood, you're not black
If you're into certain hobbies or interest you aren't black.
But in all honestly you'll see this definition from both sides.
You'll see black people from a certain neighborhood considering black people from the suburbs not black, and black people from the suburbs saying they aren't "really black" because they are into things that they believe makes them special or unique.
I need that coli definitive guideline to what being black is so I can pass out pamphlets.
