I got some recent scarring from eczema so I'm just looking around for natural remedies that will help the issue so I thought people might not mind sharing natural remedies that they know that work for sure on the body (not just scarring)

Sharing any remedies is welcomed

Before YALL say this needs to go in the salon it seems like a lot of male poster know stuff too.

There is a cure for everything sitting right here on this earth... including cancer, and aids.

Eczema is internal bruh... You need to change your diet.

98% of external issues are actually internal...
:lupe:

Wow that has to be true. Funny thing is no doctor has ever told me that my diet could bring on eczema.

You can use shea butter, cocoa nut oil; but what @SouljaVoy said it's your diet also. Start eating more foods rich in fatty acids like omega-3s like salmon, tuna, flaxseed oil, avocados, walnuts and etc.; because you need to stop the skin inflammation.

The doctor is not going to tell you the natural way because they want to pump you full of medicine; because they make money off of that.

Aloe Vera........ Not the commercial kind.. I mean the actual plant/stalk... Any Mexican or possibly Asian grocery store will sell them.. Hell Whole Foods even sells them now...

You gotta cut off the edges to get to the gel/sap.... Blend the gel up in a smoothie or something... Its good for your blood and digestive system. Rub the leaves on areas where your skin has issues....

Fantasy.
Essential oils. I have dermatitis and the only thing that worked for me was apple cider vinegar, coconut oil and essential oils. The apple cider vinegar and coconut oil helped a lot but when i did my research and added frankincense, lavender and rosemary essential oils into the mix :mjcry: it was like a miracle breh. My dermatologist told me i would have to wash my hair everyday. I have natural hair and as a black person you know thats not the best thing for our hair. So i did my research and tried so many different lotions, shampoos and creams. None of them worked. I even stopped shampooing with strong chemicals and only put organic products on my body and hair and tho it wasnt as bad as before it didnt work. The coconut oil was popular on the net for it but it didnt work for me by itself then i incorporated the braggs apple cider vinegar into my concoctions and i noticed that i could go a whole week with out washing my hair. So i tried it with the coconut oil and miracle of miracles it worked. The thing is after a while your body gets used to it so i did more research and found out essential oils are good for almost every ailments that besets us. It worked on my body for my kp and on my scalp for my dermatitis.
Now i have a whole collection. Slowly but surely im weening myself off of all these pills and chemical laden products that we get hooked on. I have a site that i buy my oils from and they are great prices. Let me know if you want the link, i have a referral code and get 10 dollars when ever someone uses it loo. Some of them oils are expensive so i try to get as much referrals as i can.

i've never had eczema but i got dry skin.

Cut all the processed grains and refined sugar from your diet. They seep moisture from your body.

Up your water intake as much as you comfortably. can. i try to aim for 2 glasses an hour + 1 glass before meals + 1 glass during meals.

Eat a large variety of fruits and veggies to avoid vitamin deficiency. And according to my girl orange produce really make your skin glow (pumpkin, carrots, yams, etc)

Drink homemade bonestock daily this has done a lot for my skin. Bone broth contains collagen which helps your skin repair and moisturize itself.

Apply a sheabutter, olive oil, coconut oil mixture every night after you wash your face. And take the time to actually massage your face with the oil.

Also start eating a clove of raw garlic with dinner a couple times a week. Garlic is pretty much a cure all.

I fixed my tendinitis after several years by doing deep squats no weight 5 sets of 50. Someone on reddit gimme that advice and the healing progress was truly nothing short of amazing.

Wow this thread is amazing... I have a similar skin condition and I find when I do things posters above mentioned (cut out sugars and processed grains, drink bone broth and eat more natural fats) it helps.

TLR came through on this one :lupe:
