Yeah the heart, lungs, brain etc. dikk wouldnt kill but most dudes would commit that if anything ever happened to it.
I just renewed my license and made sure to put "no" to organ donor this around. Some coli breh mentioned months back that he felt dr.s likely wouldn't try as hard to save your life if they knew you were a donor (especially being black already). shyt made sense...i'm sorry but i can't take that risk of little susie taking my heart and i'm just another "victim"

I slipped that one in there because you never mentioned how it's taken out. If you get shot in the stomach, acid will leak into spaces and kill you instantly. Same with the intestines and fecal matter. I've also never heard of anyone living with their stomach being taken out. That's a major organ with roles in a lot of things including acid base buffering in the body. I'm pretty sure you won't live past a day without a stomach.
EDIT: check two posts down. I was wrong about stomach. Quality of life takes a massive hit though.
