here in NYC there are folks whose rent eats up 50% off their take home pay off rip. Add in utilities and other bills and most people end up under water.
Mine is roughly 8% (recently paid off all my debts and increased my income). Also still live at home in NYC. This may jump to 35 - 40% in the next month as I'm looking to move out and I really don't want any roommates. (I'm 26 but it's not abnormal for people in their 30s and 40s to have roommates and a lot of them have shyt tons of CC debt + student loans on top of bills)
How y'all doing though?
