What point guards have ever had a better season than Westbrook this year?

Curry '16 (arguably '15 too)
Magic '87 (there are other seasons better than Westbrook's too but if I had to pick a year)
Maybe CP3's '08 or '09 seasons? Arguable at least
If I had to pick any pre-merger guards that came close I'd say either of Oscar Robertson's '62 or '64 seasons, Jerry West's '70 season and Tiny's '73 season are around that level but it's really hard to compare given the pace disparity.

He was a shooting guard. Doesn't count. Considering his lack of defense, assists, and how much fewer rebounds, his seasons weren't better.

Westbrook is such an enigma.
Like he's a bonehead muthafukka with great stats.
He definitely fills up the stat sheet, but I can think of a bunch of pg's I'd rather have over him.

Come on man, Steph Curry has had an amazing year.
A few of Magic's seasons are just as good or better then Russy's past season. And Steph's season was better too to the point where you Westbrook didn't even get a lot of love with the mainstream MVP voters. But his last two seasons have been some legendary shyt and he should be praised for the numbers that he puts up.
