Ive been debating this for a min now looking at cris carter and my dude andre reed(bills fan). is it just about stats or about all star games or chips or what. carter and reed should go in just off of stats along to me.i alway look at players like kenny smith put up good or at least decent numbers and have 2 chips but dont think will get in the HOF. how do yall judge it?
