I don't really care but someone's trying to argue that it's Dre and I'm saying timbaland ..if you count platinum selling singles..I even think that pharell might have more than Dre?..I dunno.

The Neptunes easily, they've worked with people in every genre of music and had a fukk ton of hits in everything

Im not sure if you meant a producer that also raps or a rapper or producer, but if we just talking producers Neptunes easily(Pharrell raps too though)

I think it's Stargate.. them fukkers got a hit list that's on some next level shyt

It looks like they've got 10 #1 's

They've also got a record label they started in partnership with Jay-Z, so he must believe in their hit potential. Do they got a production credit on that new album?

Benny Blanco has got 14, his sound is shaping pop music

Dr. Dre has more platinum plaques than Timbaland and Pharrell combined:

Straight Outta Compton
N*****4Life
Chronic
Doggystyle
Nobody Does It Better
Slim Shady LP
Marshall Mathers LP
Chronic 2001
Eminem Show
Get Rich or Die Tryin'
Encore
Kingdom Come
Relapse
Good Kid, Maad City

^^^ I'm sure I'm forgetting some, but those are albums that Dre either executive produced, helmed, or entirely produced. All of them platinum with the majority of them multi-platinum.

Timbaland has:

One In A Million
The Bachelor
Supa Dupa Fly
Welcome To Our World
Dr. Dolittle Soundtrack
100%
Da Real World
Vol. 3
Miss E... So Addictive
Aaliyah
Under Construction
This Is Not A Test!
Loose
Futuresex/Lovesounds
Shock Value
20/20 Experience

^^^ All albums where the majority of the songs, all of the songs, or were executive produced by Tim. None of them sold as much as the Eminem albums, but most sold 2-4 million copies.

The Neptunes

Mystikal- Let's Get Ready
Clipse- Lord Willin'
ODB- N**** Please
Jay Z- Blueprint 2
Justin Timberlake- Justified
Snoop Dogg- Rhythm & Gangsta
LL Cool J- 10
Gwen Stefani- Sweet Escape
